Women, Infants and Children (WIC). If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a child under five, WIC may be able to help. WIC provides nutrition education and healthy foods for women and children. Also help in getting other health care services and ideas to prepare healthy and tasty meals for your family. It's easy to apply and many working families qualify.
